Nearly two minutes faster than a few days ago and with a shorter break in the middle (3 min). Hopefully no break next time.

I am starting over hoping to competitively run in the Katy 5k this May. I haven't run since my last post in the summer of '07. I ran 2.68mi with a 5min break halfway through.
