1/29 ~ 3 miles

First 3-mile run this season. Didn't feel bad at all, in fact I started off as an easy run and when I saw that my time was decent I sort of turned it on. But still not completely all-out. It will be good to be training in the 7min/mile range.

A good drop of time, especially considering that it is coming off my first consecutive-day run. Yesterday was harder than it should have been considering the time I posted. Today was much better and I still didn't go all out.

1/26 - 2.68mi

Another 2.68-mile run; this time it took 24:06. A bit off of my time from the last run but the good news is that it felt pretty easy. My goal this week is to be able to bump up the distance in my training to 3 miles. Soon I'll also need to start working on speed as well.

1/23 Run

I really don't think it was meant for 200lbs to run 2.68mi - it really just doesn't feel right; not to mention the pain. My times have been coming down, hopefully the weight will be soon to follow. I need to be in the 170-180lb range to be back where I was a couple years ago.

Two-Mile Run

Not bad considering I was still really sore from church-ball on Friday night. It really felt like both my knees were hitting bone on bone. I've never really had that before. Hopefully it goes away soon.
