I started running in Eisenhower park, and it's a really good work-out. Trail running is a bit scary because I don't want to twist an ankle and get injured, but it makes the time fly becuase I am constantly focusing on where I am stepping! I haven't timed how long it typically takes me to complete the trail, but I am exhausted while I'm running it. I even have to stop and walk during some of the really steep uphill stuff...
Monday: 3.2 miles-trail running
Thursday: 3.2 miles-trail running
Friday: 3.2 miles-trail running
I should have run on Saturday, but was too tired from playing a game of golf in the morning and 2 games of tennis in the afternoon.
