1/23 Run

I really don't think it was meant for 200lbs to run 2.68mi - it really just doesn't feel right; not to mention the pain. My times have been coming down, hopefully the weight will be soon to follow. I need to be in the 170-180lb range to be back where I was a couple years ago.
