I ran Thursday and Saturday (and hopefully I'll get a run in tomorrow), both runs were identical so I'll combine the post. I'm trying to lower my 5k time by strictly running on a treadmill. It will be interesting to see what happens but I feel like I've been working pretty hard. Next race is on Saturday; it will be 2 weeks removed from my last one and I'd really like to go sub-21.
Thursday: 4 miles - 30 min (8 min/mile)
Saturday: 4 miles - 30 min (8 min/mile)
