Another race and another best time. I met my goal and did so exclusively with treadmill running which is interesting. My legs have been a little sore since (I'm guessing because I don't use them to push off when I'm on the treadmill) but other than that I felt good. The time was 20:48 and my goal was to be under 21min so I can't complain. I just need to maintain my conditioning until the fall and then hit it hard.
