Wednesday: 7 miles: 58:37 (8:22 pace)
Thursday: 4 miles easy: untimed
Friday: 7 miles: 59:43 (8:31 pace)
I had planned on running Saturday, but between research, church activities, and my nutrition final, I was going non-stop yesterday from 7am till 10pm. And my conscience got the better of me when I wanted to make up the miles Sunday morning ;)
