Friday after work I ran 3 hard miles and this morning I ran 3 easy miles. I almost did the hard work-out in sub-seven miles but couldn't quite pull it off. I'm excited to get into running 6 minute miles for training ... then I'll be on my way to 5 minute miles in competition. Today's slow day felt kind of hard even with a day off in between. Amazing what recovery does.
3 miles hard - 21:05 (7:02/mile)
3 miles easy - 25:10 (8:23/mile)
