Wednesday: Track Drills 2 miles warm up, 1200 (5:30), 800 (3:40), 400 (1:50), 800 (3:40), 1200... walked 50m and jogged 350m between each set, 1 mile cool down.
Thursday: 5 miles 42:50 (8:34 pace)
Friday: 6 miles
~moved over the weekend so I took Saturday off
