Marci's grandma had her birthday yesterday so they had us all over for dinner @ 5:30. Since that is my usual run time I had to wait until after dinner which is a no-no for me because I hate running-cramps. I'd rather run famished before dinner than an hour or two after. Well, they served us up a platter of Popeye's spicy chicken along with a potato dish, salad, biscuits and ice cream with brownies. I ate it all up, visited for about an hour, went home, helped get Ella ready for bed and ran around the block.

I'm jealous of the hills you get to run, Chrissy. I have no idea where I'll be able to get some hill training in around here. But remember, no matter how out of shape you are, you can always run your hardest.
