Today I ran another 5 mile run along the same path I did last time. I forgot the watch again so it went untimed but I felt like it was a good workout. I made a point to turn it on with maybe a half-mile to go (instead of the final 200-300m I have been doing). The goal being to increase my stamina and have my heart-rate be increased for a longer period of time. We'll see what that does. I need to bring a watch next time.
