I like the sound of this post-title ;)
Last night I decided to eat a healthier dinner and see what kind of a difference it would make. Besides waking up starving, I did feel a bit better on my run. I ate whole wheat (unrefined) pasta with a little tomato sauce (all in a cute egg-shaped bowl that one of our Curves members gave me for easter :) and TONS of water!
3.2 miles: 26:44.
Adding a mile and hills onto my run has grossly hurt my pace time, but it feels really good. Putting in the miles is what I need to do most right now.
