Man Oh Man

First of all, congrats mike on getting the 14's with your two mile! And that's great you are able to find a marked trail to run on... There has got to be something like that out here for me. I need to look into it.

Yea, hitting the dusty trail was difficult for me over the weekend. I played too much while sara was here :) And, when I wasn't playing I was writing my talk or doing school work.

My run today went pretty well. It was more difficult than I wanted it to be. ha. I ran probably 3 miles, on rolling hills, nothing too steep. I was just feeling it after taking off, what, 4 days? 5? I don't even know! And I decided that I'll get my strength workouts while I'm working at curves. Just jump on the machines when I'm training the ladies, which will give me 2 or 3 days a week of lifting.
