A Run to the Bridge

This morning I ran to the bridge and slightly beyond the boardwalk that precedes it completing my 5.02 mile run. It wasn't as far back as I thought - maybe 150 meters or so. At least now I know.

I ran the whole way there having forgot to start my stopwatch so I have no clue how long it took. It was painful as is quite often the case after I complete a hard run like I did yesterday. I got to the bridge, checked it out for a bit and started on my way back (with the stopwatch on). It took 20:43 to run 2.51 miles back. I'm looking at this run like it was two 2.5-mile intervals.
