After sufficient cardiovascular expenditure yesterday and a less than desirable timed outcome, I decided to boost my self-esteem on my usual run by running it reverse. I figured the direction I normally went had to be about 20% uphill, after taking out the portions that are countered by downhill. So today I ran it and it went MUCH better and felt better too!
Neighborhood Loop: 26.03
I will still run it the usual way most of the time, but it was a good boost of confidence that I really needed after yesterday.
